1.1 These terms govern the request, booking and performance of the services offered by Luca Squad Srl through the website and the customer area.

2.1 A request becomes a booking only after the confirmation sent by a coordinator, with date, time window, technician and price route.

3.1 Prices include VAT. The cost of the diagnostic visit, where applicable, is included once in the total of the approved quote.

4.1 The cancellation policy you accept when booking applies (see “Cancellations and refunds”). If the technician cannot access the property, the cancellation terms shown at booking apply.

5.1 For distance contracts the consumer has a right of withdrawal within the legal terms. If you ask for the work to start before that period ends, you will be asked for express confirmation during booking.

6.1 Work is covered by the warranty provided by law. You can report a problem from the customer area promptly after completion.

7.1 Complaints can be sent through the contact form or by email, quoting the request reference. You will receive a reply as soon as possible.
