Four steps, a few minutes
- Step 1 · Request

You can add photos: they help the technician prepare materials and tools.

Floor, lift, concierge and who opens the door: so the job starts without wasted time.
- Step 3 · Appointment
Pick a 2-hour window
A coordinator confirms availability. You receive the technician's name and a reminder before the visit.
- Step 4 · Review
Check price and terms, then confirm
You see the price route, what is included and the cancellation rules before you confirm.
Prices
Five ways to set the price, always before any spend
Every service follows one of these routes. You see it on the service page, in the summary and in the customer area.
| Route | When it applies | What you pay and when |
|---|---|---|
| Fixed price | Standard jobs with a defined scope. | You know the total price before booking. You pay at the end of the job, by link or POS. |
| Diagnostic visit | Faults whose cause must be found first. | You pay the visit when you book. If you approve the quote, it is already included in the total, once. If you decline, only the visit remains. |
| Survey and quote | Work that needs measuring or designing. | A paid survey, credited to the work if you accept. Then you receive a detailed item-by-item quote. |
| Staged project | Multi-phase renovations and installations. | Deposit on acceptance, then payments by work progress (milestones) tied to verifiable stages, balance at handover. |
| Contract | Businesses, condominiums and maintenance plans. | Terms and spending limits written in the contract; periodic invoicing with the detail of the jobs. |
Amounts are always shown before confirmation; we do not show sample amounts here.
Customer area
What you will see in the customer area
For every request, five pieces of information always up to date. No need to call to find out where you are.
- Status
- From “Awaiting confirmation” to “Completed”, with every step dated.
- Next action
- What is needed from you, if anything: approve, pay, choose a date.
- Who is responsible
- The name of the technician and the coordinator following your request.
- Costs
- Total approved, already paid and still due: payment status is always separate from work status.
- Next update
- When you will hear from us, even if nothing has changed in the meantime.
Approvals
No extra work without your approval.
If extra work emerges during the job, the technician documents it and the coordinator sends you a change request with the price. The technician cannot approve it on your behalf.
- You see the new total before deciding
- The extra work stays on hold until you choose
- If you decline, you know what is left to pay and which risks remain
After the job
A report for every job, and someone to write to afterwards
End-of-job report
- Work carried out and materials used
- Before and after photos
- Test results, where applicable
- Declarations of conformity and invoice
Aftercare
If something is wrong, use “Report a problem” in the customer area as soon as you notice it. The coordinator who followed the job picks the request back up, with the full history already available.
